Booking information

Online bookings include a £1 transaction fee. 
If you would like your tickets posted, there is an additional £1 charge.

Where available, concessions may be offered to children under 16, senior citizens, families, disabled people, registered unemployed people, Palace Theatre Members and groups. Discounts vary by show.

Babies under 12 months can attend free of charge, but they must have a valid ticket.

Special offers cannot be applied to tickets that have already been purchased.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot usually be exchanged.

To help everyone enjoy the performance, photography, recording and mobile phone use are not permitted in the auditorium. 

Please do not bring your own food or drink into the venue. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
