Access information

We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable at the Palace Theatre. 

There is a street-level entrance and a lift to the Stalls. This level has four dedicated wheelchair spaces with adjacent companion seats, and an accessible toilet in the auditorium corridor.

A lift also provides access to the upper floor, but please be aware that there are further steps to the Circle and no handrail on the steps within the Circle.

The auditorium has an infrared hearing system. 

Assistance dogs are welcome; please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing one.

Auditorium seats are approximately 43cm wide and 43cm deep. 
Wheelchair spaces are 70cm wide, with a maximum combined depth of 120cm for the wheelchair and its occupant.

Pushchairs can be left with our team in the Box Office or bar area.
