Opening Hours
Monday  - Saturday 9.30am - 4.00pm and one hour prior to a theatre performance and thirty minutes before a film screening.

The Box Office will be Closed Christmas Day,
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

How to Book

In person
Mastercard/Visa/Switch cards accepted. For credit card bookings add 50p extra per transaction.

By Telephone   01636 655755
Tickets paid by credit card will be mailed to you by return at an additional charge of 50p

By Post
Send us details of the time, date and price of chosen show.  Post with an s.a.e. (or add 50p postage) to:  The Box Office, Palace Theatre, Appletongate, Newark, Notts NG24 1JY

By Fax
Simply fax details of your reservation to us on 01636 655751.  Please include credit card details and signed authorisation to debit your account (plus 50p postage) and tickets will be sent out by return of post.

By Email
The same procedure as by fax.  The email address is palace@nsdc.info

Reservations
Reserved seats must be paid for within three working days.  We cannot guarantee to hold reserved seats beyond this time.  Tickets may be pre-booked for Cinema.  Bookings open 7 days before the screening of each film.

Discounts
Where available, discount prices may apply to children, full time students, senior citizens, registered unemployed, disabled people and Friends of the Palace.  Please note: Not all discounts apply to all shows.  All children must hold a valid ticket. Babies in Arms are not admitted.

Group Bookings
Discounts are generally available for party bookings.  Parties of ten or more include 1 in 10 free and are available for most attractions.  For children's shows and pantomime Family tickets are available.

Ticket Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged nor monies refunded.  We will look at individual cases and attempt to re-sell your tickets subject to a small exchange fee.
